At minimum: valid passport, visa or visa approval letter, birth certificate (apostilled), marriage certificate if applicable, university degree certificates (with apostille for Blue Card applicants), employment contract, proof of health insurance, passport-sized biometric photos, and rental contract or proof of accommodation.
