It includes the landlord's name, the property address, and your move-in date. Without this form, the Bürgeramt will not process your Anmeldung. Yes, if you have a proper rental agreement or sublease contract and the landlord or main tenant provides a Wohnungsgeberbestätigung. Hotels and Airbnbs generally do not qualify because the operator cannot provide a Wohnungsgeberbestätigung in most cases.
