Your package covers coordination of the steps needed to register your legal form: notary appointment scheduling, IHK name-check (Namensprüfung), document preparation and power of attorney, tax questionnaire guidance, USt-IdNr. application support, and a bank-account recommendation. Our tax consultant also fills the Fragebogen zur steuerlichen Erfassung and Umsatzsteuer forms on your behalf. Official decisions — notarisation, Handelsregister entry, Steuernummer, USt-IdNr. issuance, government fees, and bank approval — stay with the independent German authorities.

No retainers and no hourly billing for our work. One fixed fee gets the whole setup moving. The price you see is the price you pay us. Authorities charge their own fees separately (Notar, Handelsregister, government registration fees, and the bank’s own processes). Those are not included in our package price.

After you pay, you receive a booking confirmation and pick a time for your included 30-minute intro consultation. On the call we assess your situation, then coordinate notary, IHK, Finanzamt, and bank through to your registered business. The Finanzamt typically takes 2–6 weeks to issue the Steuernummer. Overall timing depends on your legal form and how quickly the Notar, Handelsregister, and banks process their parts.

Yes. If you already know your legal form, choose a package and support level. If you only need one piece — the Fragebogen, a Power of Attorney, or a tax consult — you can book that add-on on its own, with no package required. Not sure yet? Notarisation (Notar fee) for certifying your articles of association; Handelsregister entry; Steuernummer issuance by the Finanzamt; USt-IdNr. issuance by the Bundeszentralamt für Steuern; government registration fees charged directly by the authorities; and bank account approval, which is the bank’s independent decision. We coordinate the paperwork. They handle the stamps.
